Background
Steve is a senior manager in the tax department and has been with the founding members of the Firm for over 17 years, including time with BDO Seidman prior to the founding of Lougen, Valenti, Bookbinder & Weintruab. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of income tax planning and compliance, as well as business consulting for closely held businesses in the real estate, distribution, manufacturing, construction, medical, retail and service industries. He is the Firm's resident business valuation specialist  and supervises all valuation engagements for many different purposes including estate and gift returns, sales, acquisitions, strategic planning, litigation consulting and agreements among business owners.
