Background
Marty is a partner in the Audit Department.  Prior to co-founding LVBW, he served as a partner in a national accounting firm.  He concentrates on providing accounting, auditing, tax planning and business consulting services to privately-owned companies.  His industry experience includes work in the real estate, construction, mining, manufacturing and retail industries as well as with not-for-profit and service organizations.

For the Record

• Provided cost segregation services on various building projects identifying accelerated depreciation deductions ranging from $100,000 to $1,500,000 resulting in increased cash flow ranging from $40,000 to $600,000 in connection with the related tax savings.
• Managed gifting techniques for high net worth individuals enabling highly leveraged wealth transfers to succeeding generations resulting in significant estate tax savings on the future appreciation of the assets transferred.
