Background
Carolyn is a partner in the Tax Department.  Prior to co-founding LVBW, she was with a national accounting firm for 20 years.  With over 30 years of experience serving a diverse client base, Carolyn brings valuable insight to tax planning and consulting with a combination of creative and practical advice.  She works with partnerships, corporations and individuals and serves a large number of professional service firms such as medical practices and law firms.

For the Record

• The IRS assessed a $15,000 penalty for a new client regarding an ERISA form filed prior to our engagement. We negotiated the penalty and it was abated.
• Increased efficiency for professional services firm by creating and implementing a compensation plan based on productivity.
• Restructured privately-owned business ownership as part of succession plan which resulted in substantial tax savings.
