The firm was established by Martin C. Lougen, Jr., Carolyn Valenti, Keith Bookbinder and Dan Weintraub when they acquired the Buffalo office of the national accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP.

LVBW is a full service certified public accounting firm that specializes in accounting, tax and consulting services to privately-owned businesses. The firm is located in Amherst, NY, a suburb of Buffalo.
