Martin C. Lougen, Jr. concentrates on providing accounting, auditing, tax, and business consulting services to closely-held family owned and public companies. His experience includes work in the real estate, construction, mining, manufacturing, casino and gaming, and retail industries as well as with not-for-profit and service organizations.
Martin is a graduate of Canisius College. A CPA since 1974, he serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York, Buffalo Executives' Association (BEA), as well as the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York, which serves contractors throughout the Western New York area. He is also certified to perform OMB Circular A-133, A-128 and other governmental audits.
Among his many civic and community activities, Marty currently serves on the Canisius College council on Accountancy and the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Erie County Foundation, Inc. Previous service includes memberships on the Canisius College Board of Regents and the Board of Education of the Diocese of Buffalo.

Carolyn D. Valenti has been a CPA since 1980. She has extensive experience in the areas of income tax planning and compliance as well as business consulting for companies in the real estate, construction, mining, and manufacturing industries, service organizations, and health care professionals. Her concentration is in closely-held businesses.
Carolyn graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1978. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Estate Analysts of Western New York, Carolyn serves on the boards of the Financial Planning Counselors of Western New York, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Western New York Chapter, and the National Association of Women Business Owners, Buffalo, NY Chapter.

Keith R. Keith is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. Keith has served on many community and professional boards including The Amherst Senior Citizens Foundation, The Hospice Buffalo Finance Committee, B'nai B'rith, and Hillel of Buffalo.
