RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals and advisory specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
• Prepare detailed audit workpapers and maintain organized documentation to support audit findings and conclusions
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to enhance audit methodologies and techniques
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth, including obtaining relevant certifications and attending training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification or current pursuit of certification
• Approximately 0-3 years experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations, predominantly Western New York clients
• A willingness to work in and contribute to a team environment

SALARY RANGE:  $60K – $80K annually
