Tax Senior

The role of Tax Senior Accountant at LVBW LLP includes preparation and review of business and individual income tax returns, identifying tax issues and planning opportunities for clients, and mentoring and training tax staff.
Responsibilities:
•Project manages one or more client assignments simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each project

•Establishes work schedules through effective use of project management techniques.

•Builds and nurtures strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels.

•Mentors and develops the technical and professional skills of tax staff.

•Evaluates and maintains tax return preparation software.

•Management of tax interns’ training and monitors their work assignments.

•Complete training to use tax research services and research and recommend resolutions to tax issues that are not overly complex.

Knowledge and Skills:
•Degree qualification and relevant professional accreditation.
•Continuous development of technical knowledge and skills.
•Strong project management skills.

•Creative problem-solving ability.
•Timely delivery of quality client service.
•A working knowledge of firm products and services in the practice area, and a general knowledge of products and services in other practice areas.

SALARY RANGE:  $75K – $95K annually
